In the "Wild Damask" are over 300 layers of soft and elastic and an extremely hard steel in one - depending on the knife - up to several days processed with a 1.5-ton drop hammer through manually forging creates a blade of highest perfection. After another 50 manual operations a Güde damascus steel knife is completed. Handle material is a part-petrified desert ironwood of extreme hardness. The knives are not dishwasher safe and are non stainless.
