Subject of data protection

The subject of data protection is personal data. According to Section 3 (1) BDSG, these are individual details of personal or objective circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes for instance information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but possibly also usage data such as your IP address.

Scope of data collection and data storage for purely informational use

In the case of the purely informational use of our website, i.e., if you do not login in our online shop, register or otherwise send us information, we will not collect any personal data with the exception of the data transmitted by your browser to enable you to visit our website. These are: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (concrete page), access status / HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, the website that receives the request, browser, operating system, the language and the version of the browser software. Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR as the legal basis for the processing of personal data. In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as legal basis.
